Massage Therapist – San Mateo
Part-Time/Full-Time | $33–$35/hour base pay + tips
Availability to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide high-quality, personalized massage services tailored to each guest’s needs and preferences.
• Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience for every guest.
• Apply your knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.
• Listen to guests and adjust your approach based on their individual goals, preferences, and comfort.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and treatment notes using Squeeze’s technology.
• Follow Squeeze standards for professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and guest care.
• Communicate thoughtfully with guests and the studio team to support an exceptional overall experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current CAMTC certification required for the San Mateo location.
• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.
• A passion for providing personalized massage and adapting treatments to each guest’s needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Comfortable using technology and learning digital tools.
• Availability to work at least 12 hours per week.
• Availability to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
