$25–$40+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide full-service hair care: Deliver expert cutting, and styling specific hair goals.
- Conduct client consultations: Analyze hair condition, discuss style preferences, and recommend appropriate home-care products or specialized salon treatments.
- Manage appointment booking: Track daily schedules, manage client check-outs using the cash register/POS system, and proactively rebook clients for future visits.
- Drive retail and upselling: Meet salon revenue goals by educating clients on premium products and suggesting add-on services like glosses or deep conditioning
- Execute premium men's grooming: Deliver precision haircuts, custom fades, beard shaping tailored to modern men's trends.
- Cultivate a VIP guest experience: Engage clients in casual, sports-centric conversation while maintaining the premium, polished service standards of a high-end lounge.
- Build and retain a loyal clientele: Leverage your industry experience to maximize rebookings, manage your daily schedule efficiently, and drive add-on services.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven men's grooming experience: Must possess advanced skills in precision scissor cuts, skin fades, beard sculpting, and luxury hot-towel shaves.
- Active professional licensure: Holds a valid, current State Board Cosmetology or Barber License with a clean track record of sanitation practices.
- Established industry experience: Brings a minimum of 2–3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-end salon or modern barbershop environment.
- High-energy, engaging personality: Ability to effortlessly chat about sports, local news, and trends while delivering a polished, upscale customer experience.
- Strong retail and retention skills: Demonstrated track record of building a loyal client base, maximizing rebookings, and driving product sales.
