Based in the Dayton-Cincinnati, OH region, as a General Laborer , you’ll be a key member of our operational crew, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple scopes:
Perform landscaping , weed control , bush hogging , and animal husbandry for farm-related projects
Support excavation and pumping tasks with precision and teamwork
Handle outdoor labor , including trenching, shovel work , and physically demanding fieldwork
Operate tractors and heavy machinery to maintain daily operations
Assist with other essential tasks, including part runs and hands-on support as needed
