Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Rumford Community Home Corporation offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $20.00 to $23.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have a Residential Care Specialist 1, or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certificate. May be trained within 4 months of employment.
3. Must have state approved 40-hour certificated medication administration certification.
4. Previous experience in long-term care resident care is preferred.
5. Must possess basic mathematical skills to be able to accurately administer proper medication dosage.
